South Ayrshire Council recommending staff not given World Cup bank holiday

It's looking like it'll be business as usual for South Ayrshire Council staff this week, as councillors are set to recommend against giving a day off for the World Cup. Looks like we'll all be needing to catch up on the action in our own time then!
